He has no desire to seek the truth. I amyself would love to seek the middle ground between what I believe and what DL believes, but he is so convinced he is right. It has not point.

MLK,jr's words are evidence enough that he would never support such injustice. Anyone can see that.

Even if Dr. King decided he couldn’t agree with homosexaulity, he would not stand for the blatant ignorance, the lies, the twisted science. He would not stand for the injustice against gays and lesbians. He would never stand for us to lose our jobs, be banned from our churches, beaten in the streets. I myself have been beaten with baseball bats for being gay. I have had my collar bone busted for being gay, I have been fired from jobs for being gay, I have been abandon by people I thought were friends for being gay, I have been denied protections from the government for being gay. I have been taxed for things heterosexuals are not taxed for, Do you really think the same man who made such amazing statements about equality would support this hate? I do not. It is only my opinion, but the evidence to support it lies in the man’s words. Read them, live them….I try!Joe Brummerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05009786540412135450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13645667.post-1137549462868438912006-01-17T20:57:00.000-05:002006-01-17T20:57:00.000-05:00Dl once again I'm going to say that what you put f...Dl once again I'm going to say that what you put forth is mere speculation and conjecture. The evidence that you put forth to support your beliefs concerning Dr. King's views on Homosexuality is mere speculation. You have not provided solid documentation such as Dr. King's writings supporting this view or you have no evidence of any speeches or sermons that he might have preached that would support this assertion. So until you can do that what you post here has to be taken as mere speculation and conjecture.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
