Comment policy changes

Due to ongoing issues with obscene comments (that's putting it nicely) from unidentified individuals and at times impostors, all comments are now required to pass moderation. In other words, it will automatically be sent for review. If it passes review, it will post. Individuals leaving obscene and profanity laced comments will be reported and all efforts to identify you and expose you will be taken. And...Perspectives will go on.
